What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Customer Operations, or Strategy & Operations, hands-on exposure to a fast-growing B2B environment, architected (not just used) a CRM at scale (HubSpot or Salesforce), advanced SQL, command of a BI tool (Looker, Metabase, Tableau, or similar), fluent in English (spoken and written)
