What They're Looking For.
Must Have
7–12+ years in RevOps / Sales Ops at high-growth SaaS companies, at least 2–3 years leading a team, Track record of building and scaling a rev ops function, Deep CRM ownership (Salesforce or HubSpot), Experience running forecasting + pipeline analytics, Built and administered commissions plans/processes, High ownership, detail-oriented, comfortable operating in-person (Manhattan, 5 days/week)

Set GTM strategy & operating cadence
Partner with CEO and Sales/Marketing leadership on segmentation
Translate company growth targets into quarterly and annual GTM operating plans
Own and optimize the GTM stack
Build dashboards and analytics
Design integrations and workflows
Drive execution & alignment
Build and maintain integrations and automation
Standardize lead-to-customer lifecycle
Implement scalable pipeline governance
Document processes and ensure cross-functional teams adopt changes
