What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4–8 years of experience with a foundation in investment banking or top-tier consulting, plus meaningful time inside a startup, Excel and proficient SQL, First-principles thinker with high autonomy and low ego, Clear written communicator

Nice to Have

Hands-on experience with HubSpot or Salesforce, Prior exposure to B2B SaaS, fintech, or professional services revenue motions

What You'll Do.

Drive territory design

Build and own reporting infrastructure

Own AE onboarding into GTM toolstack

Write and maintain SOPs for sales org

and maintain automations

Partner directly with the Founding RevOps and the Head of GTM; Work with product team
