Must Have

1–3 years in RevOps, SalesOps, or Business Analytics within a fast-paced tech environment, understanding of LLMs and how to guide AI behavior through structured prompting and conditional logic, The ability to "debug" a customer experience, High proficiency in CRM management (HubSpot/Salesforce) and Excel/Google Sheets, Comfortable managing a tech stack that is actively evolving from external vendors to internal solutions, Basic knowledge of SQL and BI Tools for data manipulation

Nice to Have

Experience with automation middleware (Zapier, Workato, or Tray. io), Experience in a SaaS startup where you had to "wear many hats."
