Partner with the Founding RevOps; analyses you run will directly inform how leadership allocates headcount, prioritizes markets, and sizes the opportunity; you’ll be in the room when those calls get made; reporting infrastructure the sales org runs on; Enablement & Training; AE onboarding into the GTM toolstack; make sure reps are productive on day one; SOPs for the sales org; worked closely enough in one to know how it should be built; Audit, fix, and maintain automations across the revenue stack

Clear written communicator; SOPs, analyses, and documentation are clean and don’t need to be rebuilt from scratch
