What You'll Do.

Build, maintain, and continuously improve dashboards and performance reports for Pre-Sales, Sales, and Channel teams.

Monitor daily funnel indicators such as conversion rates, productivity, pipeline volume, sales cycles, and performance by source and segment.

Perform recurring weekly and monthly analyses to identify trends, deviations, bottlenecks, and opportunities for operational improvement.

Support commercial leadership with data interpretation, performance diagnostics, and action-oriented recommendations.

Investigate pipeline issues such as conversion drops, stage friction, and operational misalignment across revenue stages.

Contribute to commercial intelligence initiatives by exploring historical data, behavioral patterns, and optimization opportunities.

Ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity across CRM systems and analytical databases.

Collaborate with broader RevOps teams (Insights, Process, and Tech Stack) on strategic initiatives and improvements.
