1 year+ experience in programmatic trading/campaign management role in the advertising/online media space, Highly analytical mindset and skills needed with a hyper focus on profit margins and campaign delivery, Excellent verbal, written and MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills, Teamwork and interpersonal skills, Excellent attention to detail, Able to set high standards and hold yourself accountable, Become a product expert in programmatic buying, Work with customers to develop achievable campaign goals, Desire and ability to learn new technical skill sets such as using an API to automate campaigns, An eagerness for career progression in AdTech, Outstanding written and verbal communication, Creative Thinking, Research and problem-solving skills

Monitor campaign performance against KPIs
