Paytm Travel is building a seamless travel booking ecosystem . We are looking for a Revenue Manager to drive growth, pricing strategy, profitability, and customer retention across travel categories Role Objective Own revenue, GMV, pricing, and profitability metrics for the Travel business. Drive growth through pricing optimization, promotional strategies, customer retention initiatives, and data-driven decision-making. Key Responsibilities Own Revenue, GMV, Margin, and P&L metrics for Travel.Develop pricing and promotional strategies to improve bookings and profitability.Monitor conversion, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV). Conduct business analysis to identify growth opportunities and revenue leakages .Drive A/B testing and growth experiments. Partner with Product, Marketing, Analytics, and Supply teams to improve business performance.Build dashboards and present business insights to leadership.Ideal Candidate Profile:5–8 years of experience in Revenue Management, Growth, Category Management, or Business Analytics. Experience in Travel, OTA, E-commerce, or Consumer Internet businesses. Strong understanding of pricing, demand forecasting, profitability, and customer retention .Strong analytical and stakeholder management capabilities.
