We are seeking a Revenue Manager to oversee various properties in our German region. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and make a measurable impact on business results. In this role, you will: * Deliver accurate reporting and maintain revenue management systems. * Implement pricing and segmentation strategies to drive profitability. * Partner with hotel teams to ensure effective execution of revenue management tasks. * Contribute to forecasting and budgeting processes. * This position offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and skill development within the field of revenue management. WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING * Develop and implement revenue strategies to optimize room revenue and profitability. * Monitor and analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and performance data to inform pricing decisions. * Prepare and manage hotel budgets and monthly forecasts. * Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities and risks. * Oversee daily review and implementation of rate and inventory controls. * Provide detailed reports on revenue performance, booking pace, and market conditions. * Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute effective pricing and distribution strategies. * Ensure accurate content, availability, and pricing across all distribution channels. * Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders and intermediaries to enhance revenue opportunities. * Participate in departmental meetings, team briefings, and project work.
