What They're Looking For.

Must Have

CPA designation, 2-3 years post-qualification experience, expertise in accounting and financial principles and governance (GAAP, IFRS), Deep knowledge and understanding of IFRS 15 - Revenue from Contracts with Customers, Proven leadership experience managing accounting or finance teams, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail, Proficient in Excel

Nice to Have

Experience in Certinia is an asset

What You'll Do.

Drive timely month-end close procedures

including journal entries

and reconciliations for billing and revenue accounts

Support external year-end audits and maintain internal controls over revenue transactions

Identify and implement continuous process improvement opportunities across finance operations

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Partner with teams outside of finance to manage large accounts and provide guidance on revenue-related matters; Represent the finance team on company-wide projects, including system implementations, new initiatives, and ad hoc assignments; Contribute across the broader accounting function as needed, including AP, GL, and FP& A
