Under the supervision of the Director, Inventory Optimization , you will be responsible for optimizing revenue across a portfolio of routes. You will leverage data-driven analysis, market intelligence, and system tools to manage seat inventory and integrate air + package strategies to maximize total revenue. This role is essential to achieving key performance targets such as Revenue per Available Seat Mile (RASM) , load factor, and yield. Responsibilities: * Route and package revenue optimization: Manage a portfolio of routes by applying strategic levers and market analysis to maximize revenue and profitability. * Forecasting and analysis: Monitor booking trends, demand forecasts, and competitive dynamics; identify revenue opportunities and mitigate risks across both air and package products. * Systems management: Calibrate and validate inputs and outputs of revenue management systems to ensure reliable forecasts aligned with market conditions; adjust availability controls based on demand signals. * Performance monitoring: Track and analyze key metrics such as RASM, load factor, and yield; adjust strategies based on performance insights. * Customer behavior analysis: Develop a deep understanding of booking patterns, price sensitivity, and channel behavior to inform pricing and inventory strategies across air and package offerings. * Cross-functional collaboration: Partner with RMS, Pricing, and intern
