We are looking for a **Revenue Incentive Manager** to lead the transformation of our global Revenue Incentive function. This role will be responsible for re-engineering the end-to-end commissions and rebates model—including agent calculations—while driving global standardization, optimizing SAP and Zuora systems, and ensuring scalable, transparent, and well-governed incentive frameworks. **Your role at a glance:** * Lead the redesign and standardization of the commissions and rebates framework—covering agent models, incentives, and partner discounts—simplifying complexity to enable scalable automation, while establishing a global operating model and governance structure * Define and implement a **group-wide commission and rebate calculation model** for agents and agencies * Design and develop **indirect sales channels** (partners, resellers, agencies) and related incentive schemes * Own the **end-to-end commission calculation logic** (rules, tiers, bonuses, adjustments) * Ensure alignment between **commercial policies, pricing, and financial outcomes** * Support system integration and optimization within **SAP and Zuora environments** * Partner with Sales, Finance, and IT to build a **clear, automated, and data-driven incentive model** **What skills are we looking for?** * 7–10 years of
