What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4–6+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or another sales-facing operational role, Demonstrated ability to influence and drive accountability across senior commercial stakeholders, Experience running pipeline reviews, forecast cadences, governance routines, or operational reviews with senior commercial teams, CRM literacy, ideally Salesforce, Accountability mindset, Process-oriented thinking, Written and verbal communication skills, Escalation management skills, Stakeholder management skills, Fluent English
Nice to Have
Experience supporting global commercial organizations across multiple regions, Previous experience with commercial governance routines, forecast management, or process compliance, Experience partnering closely with commercial teams, Sales Enablement, CRM, or Business Process teams within RevOps, Experience in fast-paced fintech, SaaS, or other high-growth technology, Familiarity with AI-assisted operational workflows, automation, or commercial analytics

Flag execution gaps when processes or standards are
Conduct operational audits to assess quality and consistency
Track adoption of new processes
Identify adoption gaps
and recurring execution
Escalate issues to leadership when necessary
Feed continuous improvement opportunities back into RevOps
Partner with Sales Enablement team to support retraining
Stay embedded in day-to-day rhythm of commercial teams
Proactively surface operational pain points
Monitor KPIs related to process compliance
Collect structured feedback from commercial stakeholders
Coordinate operational improvements
