THE OPPORTUNITY We are hiring a Revenue Events Sr. Manager to our Revenue Enablement & GTM Excellence team in Brazil! This is a Remote – Brazil position, meaning you can work from anywhere within the country. Please note that this role is only open to candidates in Brazil. The Revenue Events Sr Manager is the ultimate owner of our global Revenue Kick-Off (RKO), our most critical commercial milestone. In this role, you will lead the entire RKO lifecycle—starting planning in June/July, executing the main event in March/April, and wrapping up with post-event analysis in May. We are looking for an independent leader who can run this entire cycle with minimal supervision, ensuring every single detail is covered for an awesome experience. Beyond the RKO, you will act as a trusted advisor and hands-on supporter for other key commercial and corporate events, such as QBRs, Townhalls, and People Manager calls. YOUR IMPACT Own the RKO End-to-End: Take full, independent ownership of the Revenue Kick-Off timeline, from early planning and multi-quarter budgeting to global logistics, remote/in-person execution, and post-event lessons learned.
