Must Have
Proven experience in enablement, facilitation, and training delivery for customer-facing teams, facilitation skills and confidence leading live virtual and/or in-person training sessions, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously, Self-starter mindset with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward, Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment with changing priorities, Growth mindset with a willingness to continuously learn and improve
Nice to Have
Experience using tools such as Jira, Articulate, Litmos, Salesforce, and Looker, Familiarity with SaaS, product enablement, or customer-facing revenue teams, Experience supporting and reinforcing sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Value Selling, or similar revenue frameworks
