This role oversees membership, major gifts, corporate underwriting, foundation grants, and planned giving programs, and is responsible for growing a diversified revenue base that sustains the public media organization’s journalism, programming, and community engagement missions while reducing long-term dependency on state appropriations. **NOTE:** Hiring is contingent upon the execution of the contract between the State of New Jersey and Montclair State University. **_PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES_** * Design and execute a comprehensive revenue strategy encompassing individual giving, membership, corporate underwriting, foundation grants, major gifts, and planned giving. * Oversee on-air and digital membership drives, pledge campaigns, and year-round membership stewardship efforts. * Lead outreach to corporate sponsors and underwriters
