Westgate Resorts is seeking a Revenue Coordinator to join our high-performing Revenue Management team in Ocoee, FL. The Revenue Coordinator supports daily hotel and resort revenue operations, including rate updates, data entry, reporting, and inventory maintenance across 65+ Westgate resort destinations. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start their career in hospitality analytics, revenue management, or resort operations while gaining hands-on training and exposure to enterprise-level systems. In this role, you’ll work on-site in our Ocoee office and will collaborate closely with Revenue Managers, Reservations Specialists, and key corporate teams to ensure accurate pricing, competitive positioning, and real-time availability across multiple systems. You’ll also assist with daily reporting, troubleshooting rate discrepancies, and helping maintain data integrity to support strategic revenue decisions across the Central Florida portfolio and nationwide properties.
