What They're Looking For.
Must Have
3+ years of experience in prior strategic analytical roles, at least a few years heavily focused on sales analytics, coding in SQL to run queries and manipulate data, build compelling, clear dashboards and reports in PowerBI with ease, proficient in Excel, understand how to get data from Salesforce. com to provide reporting and inform dashboard creation, confidence, understanding, and empathy to cross-functional partnerships, comfortable working directly with senior leadership teams, influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding of general business operations, ability to model those areas, strategic thinker, ability to connect to the big picture, compel action through storytelling based upon what the data is telling you, skilled in breaking down complex and ambiguous projects into clear, actionable steps and tasks
Nice to Have
Analyst experience in the SaaS industry, experience working within our core Revenue analytics tech stack: PowerBI, Salesforce, Databricks, hands-on experience with data pipelines, data modeling, or data warehouse concepts, degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Business IntelligenceI, Data Science, or a related field
What You'll Do.
Partner closely with the Sales Leadership Team
providing in-depth analysis and actionable insights to improve processes and drive bottom-line results
Run strategic funnel analysis - highlighting the sales funnel to determine opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness
Analyze the KPIs and unit economics of our sales model to identify risks/opportunities to focus on for improvement
Analyze trends and variances across sales segments
Leverage data to tell a story and present it through data visualizations in compelling dashboards and reports
Build and own the data sets that sales leaders and teams use to actively manage their businesses
Meet with stakeholders to scope future projects and manage expectations on timelines
Function as an integration point between data and financial teams to help set expectations on capabilities
Ensure compliance to revenue recognition standards
Partner with Data Engineering to collaboratively build and maintain our Certified Data platform
Assist in preparing recurring reports
such as Monthly Business Reviews
Function as the expert on data for the revenue organization
including data architecture for systems of record and data consumption systems
Operate as the “source of truth” for data and insights

Team & Collaboration
Partner closely with the Sales Leadership Team; Function as an integration point between data and financial teams; Partner with Data Engineering to collaboratively build and maintain our Certified Data platform; Stakeholder Collaboration; collaborate fluently with Data Engineering teams
