Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent experience, or 9+ years in cloud computing, application support, or network engineering. 6+ years of experience in troubleshooting, configuring software applications, web services, and system integrations. knowledge of cloud environments, preferably AWS, including services such as EC2, S3, RDS, IAM, VPC, Lambda, and related infrastructure tools. Experience with system and network monitoring tools, performance analysis, and incident management processes. Familiarity with Windows Server administration and enterprise application environments. ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, production-critical environment. Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills. High level of professionalism, accountability, and ability to respond effectively under pressure.

Experience supporting healthcare systems or interface technologies such as HL7 or similar integration frameworks is a plus. AWS certification (SysOps Administrator or Cloud Practitioner) or equivalent hands-on experience preferred.

What You'll Do.

Support workflow analysis and ensure compliance with operational policies and technical standards.

Participate in on-call rotations to provide timely response to critical system incidents.
