What You'll Achieve.
minimising risk to customers and financial loss; deliver a positive experience for the customer; ensure quality records management and returns inventory integrity; comply with service level targets; monitor key performance indicators
Industry & Context.
optimise work processes at every opportunity; resolve customer return queries; escalate issues in line with established processes; identify and remedy non-compliance
6-Months Contract role between the dates 25th of May to 25th of October 2026, operate on the Friday to Tuesday roster

What You'll Do.
execution of the timely and efficient return of faulty
and damaged bulky goods within the Home Delivery Centre (HDC)
Managing escalated customer returns
Assisting in facilitating customer and installer collection of products from the HDC
Undertaking other customer (and installer) facing support type tasks as required by management
Resolving credit claims with suppliers
Ensuring transport carriers comply with service level targets
Contributing to the management of effective processes and systems

Working collaboratively with stores, other HDC teams and stakeholders to deliver a positive experience for the customer
