What They're Looking For.
Must Have
High School Diploma/GED required, Successful completion of a pre-employment background check, EVERSANA power equipment certification (PIT) is required, Good verbal and written skills are required, Basic math skills are required, Good attendance and ability to follow instructions without deviation are also required, Ability to work a variable shift schedule as required
Nice to Have
Prior experience in a distribution environment preferred, Ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment, Ability to focus on detail and quality, Ability to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner, Ability to efficiently use IT hardware, software and peripherals as it pertains to the performance of daily tasks, Ability to safely and efficiently operate power equipment in a confined environment

Perform all returns processes
and delivery of inbound parcels
Communicate with co-workers and supervisors
Complete tasks in a timely manner
Receive and convey information accurately
Meet minimum productivity standards
Safely operate fork lift equipment
Maintain zero defect performance
Comply with all EVERSANA safety
Adhere to all formal standard operating procedures
Participate in problem solving
Formulate emails to EVERSANA staff
Perform all tasks assigned by Supervisor or Manager
Operate power equipment
Support projects as assigned
