This role empowers returning students by fostering effective communication, delivering exceptional service, teaching basic course navigation, guiding through onboarding, and ensuring success and retention in their courses. What You’ll Do: Academic Planning and Support: Provide academic guidance to learners, assisting them with course navigation, academic policies, and course expectations. Student Support and Communication: Regularly engage with learners as a primary point of contact to address their non-academic inquiries and concerns, via voice, text, social media, and video. Retention and Success Strategies: Collaborate with team members to support retention initiatives. Identify at-risk learners and provide guidance to enhance their chances of short- and long-term academic success. Performance Metrics and Success: Contribute to achieving individual, team, and depart
