Must Have
Proven experience in Return to Work, Injury Management, or Workers’ Compensation, understanding of Workers’ Compensation legislation and RTW frameworks, Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, Ability to manage multiple cases and priorities effectively, problem-solving and decision-making capability
Nice to Have
Allied health background (e. g. rehab, physio, OT) highly regarded but not essential
What You'll Do.
Support injured workers through their recovery and help achieve safe
and sustainable return-to-work outcomes
and monitor tailored return-to-work plans
Coordinate suitable duties and workplace modifications
Ensure compliance with relevant Workers’ Compensation legislation and guidelines
Identify barriers to return to work and proactively manage risks
Maintain accurate case notes and documentation
Promote early intervention and recovery-at-work best practices
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Collaborate closely with injured workers, employers, insurers, and medical providers; Liaise with injured workers, employers, treating practitioners, and insurers
Communication Scope
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
