What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Work flexible schedule, Bachelor's degree or 2+ years RME experience, Experience in MHE, automation, or reliability/maintenance, Experience leading cross-functional teams, Experience working cross-functionally with stakeholders
Nice to Have
Experience in Amazon RME or fulfillment operations, Exposure to retrofits, launches, or automation deployments, Experience building launch readiness frameworks, Familiarity with performance metrics, Experience supporting continuous improvement initiatives
What You'll Do.
Travel to provide on-the-ground support
Validate readiness across assigned sites
Observe retrofit execution
Drive issue resolution during deployment
Drive site readiness activities
Track staffing and training
Track spare parts readiness
Complete readiness audit
Ensure adherence to standard playbooks
Ensure adherence to processes
Ensure adherence to quality expectations
Identify execution gaps
Capture field learnings
Support post-launch performance tracking
Assist in root cause analysis
Drive corrective actions
Ensure sites meet stabilization targets
Ensure sites meet disengagement criteria
Partner cross-functionally with teams
Ensure alignment between design intent and field execution
Communicate site-level risks to leadership
Communicate blockers to leadership
Communicate progress to leadership
Support execution of retrofit programs
Support quality of retrofit programs
Ensure retrofits are deployed consistently
Ensure sites are prepared for go-live
Ensure systems achieve stable performance
Drive execution consistency
Drive post-launch stabilization
Address performance gaps
