Retrofit Change Board Analyst **Company:** The Boeing Company **Boeing Commercial Airplanes** **(B CA)** is seeking a **RETROFIT CHANGE BOARD ANALYST (Level ****2 or Level 3****)** to join our **Retrofit Change Board Team** in **EVERETT , WASHINGTON **on **1****ST**** Shift**. Candidates should have a basic understanding of scheduling engineering and manufacturing events using Boeing scheduling processes and tools. This role presents an exceptional opportunity to work in the Retrofit Change Board (RCB), which is dedicated to developing retrofit change incorporation plans for retrofitting the customers’ fleet for all BCA models in production and out of production. This includes integrating production incorporation, Warrantee decisions, Kitting definition and kit/part ordering, along with Service Bulletin (SB) and Service Bulletin validation and Fleet and Program priorities. As a member of our team, you will have the chance to immerse yourself in how BCA integrates with Boeing Global Services (BGS) process and tools as well as Boeing Defense and Space (BDS) as applicable. The selected candidate will exhibit strong communication and problem-solving skills, thriving in a collaborative environment while working under the direction of a lead (Chair) scheduler and management to drive quality products, ensure compliance to plan and continuous improvement we pursue excellence in aerospace manufacturing and fleet support.
