Industry & Context.
analyze results and grade the casing; take recommended steps to properly repair or rebuild CLT and Medium Truck tires
Work hours are generally 7am-5pm Monday – Friday. Saturday and evenings as may have little to no advance notice., Exposure to heat and cold is to be expected., Regularly required to stand, bend, climb, lift and walk., Required to handle hazardous materials and wear various forms of protective equipment, Required to lift 75-100 lbs. may be required to occasionally lift, up to 150 lbs. individually.

Must Have
Must be 18 years or older, Ability to work in a fast paced, customer service-oriented environment, Ability to work on a team and independently, Ability to communicate, verbally and written, clearly and professionally with co-workers and management, Legal authorization to work in the U. S. is required
Nice to Have
High School Diploma or equivalent, 1-2 years previous manufacturing experience
What You'll Do.
Inspect casings using tools
and work instructions
Run casings through shearography machine and analyze results
Buff remaining tread of casings
Apply tread on prepared casing
Place casing in envelope and ensure airtight seal
Repair injuries to casings
Load curing chamber and set curing parameters
Communicate with salesmen and fleet personnel
Complete necessary paperwork legibly
Comply with OSHA regulations and safety requirements
