Candidate should have a passion for educating a diverse team member population about their retirement tools and benefits. ** _Job responsibilities:_**__ * Effectively and accurately administer the retiree health reimbursement benefit and life policies. * Provide in-depth guidance on Medicare and Social Security benefits. * Work with SmartDollar team and assist team members on personal finance budget & retirement planning. * Handle inbound/outbound calls and e-mails. * Produce and present webinars, educational courses, video presentations and other benefit marketing materials. * Conduct in-person presentations and provide one-on-one, private personalized coaching to those planning retirement or struggling with debt. * Maintain knowledge of company benefits, including Medical, Financial Wellness, 401(k) and ESOP, and understand how these benefits coordinate with Medicare and Social Security. * Perform cross functional tasks in a highly dynamic environment. * Coordinate and collaborate with other team members and departments. * Perform both complex and routine administrative work in a timely manner. * Maintain high accuracy on recordkeeping and organization. * Maintain high levels of confi
