Must Have
3+ years of relevant retirement plan administration experience, Experience with Canadian Defined Contribution and Defined Benefit plans, Knowledge of Canadian retirement plan compliance requirements (RRSP and RPP)
Nice to Have
Workday experience a plus, Experience supporting large-scale projects entailing change management a plus
What You'll Do.
Develop tools and processes for compliant administration
Serve as key contact for day-to-day plan operations
Manage plans and lead annual contributions
Ensure plan compliance requirements
Lead annual audit and year-end filings
Provide educational support for partners
Act as secretary for MERP governance Committee
Coordinate annual meetings
Research and resolve non-routine inquiries
Support administration of U.S. retirement plans
Support special projects
Conduct analysis and support on M&A activity
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Partnering with all Canadian business, finance, payroll and HR partners; Provide educational support for HR, finance and payroll partners; Communicate effectively across all levels of the organization

Excellent written and verbal communications skills; Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization
