What You'll Do.

Support Wealth Advisors

Support Wealth Advisors with plan design

Prepare meeting materials

Serve as a liaison to plan providers

Collaborate with plan providers

including recordkeepers

third-party administrators (TPAs)

to facilitate plan needs

Prepare Fiduciary Investment Reviews (FIRs) for meetings and delivery

Prepare Fiduciary Plan (Design) Review for meetings and delivery

Prepare Provider Review for meetings and delivery

Plan design and proposal preparation

Facilitate and navigate plan changes

including plan design

Onboarding new clients

Transitioning clients

Answer inquiries regarding the plan from plan administrators/sponsors and participants

Ensure client satisfaction and retention from plan administrators/sponsors

Communicate with recordkeepers

Third-Party Administrators (TPAs)

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborate with plan providers, including recordkeepers, third-party administrators (TPAs), and custodians, to facilitate plan needs; Collaborate with sales team to ensure a seamless onboarding process; Collaborate with advisors to ensure a seamless transition process

Communication Scope

Excellent verbal communication skills; Excellent written communication skills; Ability to simplify complex issues and communicate them to advisors and clients clearly and concisely

The Retirement Plan Specialist reports to the Retirement Plan Manager and is responsible for supporting Wealth Advisors with plan design, preparing meeting materials, and serving as a liaison to plan providers.
