As a **Retirement Plan Services Representative** , you’ll be our voice and our clients’ advocate, as you help to build hundreds of financial futures. In this role, you will provide high quality service across Institutional Participant Services by supporting external employers 401(k) plan participants with their dynamic and complex needs – one may need help with a form, the next has never even heard of a mutual fund. You will be assisting with account and plan information, regulatory or tax-related issues, financial and clerical transactions via inbound phone calls and written communication. This role will allow you to build your financial acumen and communications skills into a successful career. **Why Vanguard?** At Vanguard, we believe in supporting our “crew” personally through all life stages. **Base salary for this role is $52,000.** In addition, the role offers the opportunity to earn additional hourly pay and **a licensing bonus of up to $12,500 based on successful completion of required licensing.** Vanguard also provides a competitive benefits package to all employees.
