What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Minimum 1 year of experience in retirement/financial services, Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, FINRA Series 6 or 7 and 63, 65, CA Life and Health license, interpersonal & communication skills, Identifies and resolves problems in a timely Gathers and analyzes information and develops alternative solutions, Looks for ways to improve and promote quality, organization demonstrates accuracy and thoroughness, Ability to travel across San Francisco County
Nice to Have
Bi-lingual in Mandarin or Cantonese a Plus!
What You'll Do.
Deliver on-site education for Plan Sponsor Participants
Conduct educational seminars/webinars focusing on Plan features and investments
as well as general investment-oriented and retirement-related seminars
Meet one-on-one to conduct financial and investment counseling sessions with employees and retirees
Interface with Plan Administration
and Plan Sponsors to identify
and respond to participant issues
Work with Plan Sponsors to increase participation among their employees
Contribute to the development and implementation of presentation material
Assist in scheduling retirement seminars/one-on-one appointments
Maintain compliance with all firm and FINRA regulatory requirements
May provide guidance and training to more junior staff
