What You'll Do.
Managing the end‑to‑end processing and administration of retirement and pension claims
and processing claims accurately and in a timely manner
Managing and executing DPLK claim payment processes (Withdrawal of contributions
Rollover to other DPLK providers
Pension benefit payments)
Handling Group Scheme (GS) claim payments (Withdrawal of contribution
Conducting control and supervision of claim processes and assigned leads
Ensuring all claim activities meet customer expectations
Maintaining strict confidentiality of customer data
