What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Bachelor's degree from an appropriately accredited institution, two (2) years of experience related to the area of or an equivalent combination of training and experience

What You'll Do.

Assist members with retirement and benefit inquiries

Counsel and educate on benefit programs

Explain statute details and legislative interpretations

Respond to inquiries via phone and email

Handle complex situations requiring research

Research complicated benefit provisions

Research complex cases and respond

Cross-train in other departments

Assist with mentoring and training

Team & Collaboration

Acts as a liaison between other sections and members; Works with other departments to understand TATs
