MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - Daily marketing campaigns and communication flows execution, including email and in-app using the marketing automation platform; - Segment audiences and target specific users groups and lifecycle stages; - Collaborate with content creators to develop compelling and relevant campaign assets; - Track, measure and report on the effectiveness of marketing automation campaigns using KPIs and performance metrics; - Setup A/B tests and provide insights based on data; - Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation efficiencies - Help troubleshoot and resolve basic technical issue related to marketing automation platform; - Consult the users support team on ongoing marketing campaigns and help them resolve basic existing users-related issues.
