Ensure scenarios reflect real-world retail workflows, customer experience standards, and operational procedures across diverse store formats. Requirements: Native-level proficiency in Nepali with strong professional proficiency in English. Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail, store operations, pharmacy operations, commercial management, or retail loss prevention. Background in roles such as store management, retail supervision, pharmacy operations, customer experience management, fraud prevention, or multi-branch retail coordination. Strong understanding of retail workflows, inventory systems, customer service processes, and compliance standards in Indian retail environments. Ability to translate real-world retail experience into structured, analytical, scenario-based content. Strong problem-solving, communication, and attention to operational detail.
