This position involves working across retail environments to install and repair Inventory Control and Video equipment. Success in this role is achieved through collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. ## How You Will Do It * Demonstrate accountability and integrity by ensuring all installations and repairs are completed safely and effectively. * Focus on critical tasks by managing service calls efficiently and maintaining accurate records of work performed. * Collaborate with customers and team members to address issues promptly and provide training on equipment use. * Pursue continuous improvement by staying updated with training and certifications, and applying feedback to enhance service delivery. * Maintain an accurate parts inventory to support first-time fixes and efficient operations. * Report to management regularly on customer satisfaction and any service or sales opportunities identified during visits. ## Required Qualifications * Possession of an EL 06 License. * Proficiency in electronics and networking fundamentals. * S
