You'll keep the energy high and the workflow smooth in your designated department. We provide an adult pay rate for 18 years of age and above at $30.78 per hour for this role. **What’s involved:** * Lead by example by demonstrating best service practices and support the team in providing friendly and helpful advice to customers * Coach the team through guidance on appropriate service behaviours * Helping onboard and train new team members by providing training and induction support * Merchandising standards to ensure all merchandising meets business requirements * Managing and coordinating stock effectively. **Who we 're looking for:** Our ideal candidate will share a genuine passion for retail and customer service and be complimentary to the store leadership team.
