Previous experience supervising a team in a fast-paced environment, Open communication, Genuine interest in coaching and developing others, Ability to guide, support, coach and provide feedback, Results driven, Team player, Approachable, Confident, Eagerness and ongoing enthusiasm to learn about new products, On your feet assisting with customers across a wide range of retail hours, Age 15 or over
