## About the Role As a Banana Republic Style Specialist, you will create aspirational, modern, and on-trend looks that enhance each customer’s emotional connection to the brand. You are a fashion authority with strong styling instincts and deep product knowledge, especially across apparel fabrications, styles, fits, and emerging trends. You will provide a high-touch, inclusive, and elevated service experience, building brand loyalty through authentic engagement and personalized clienteling. Your goal is to inspire confidence, drive conversion, and cultivate a loyal client base by serving as a trusted style partner. Additionally, you will proactively clientele through outreach, tailored follow-ups, and relationship-building strategies designed to deepen engagement and support repeat visits and long-term loyalty.
