What They're Looking For.
Must Have
2–4 years of retail experience, at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role, leadership and people management skills, Customer-oriented mindset, good problem-solving abilities, Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment, including weekends and public holidays, Good communication and interpersonal skills, Basic understanding of retail operations, inventory control, and sales reporting
Nice to Have
Diploma or equivalent retail or business-related fields are an advantage, preferably in the consumer electronics field
What You'll Do.
Supervise day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning.
and motivate store staff to deliver high standards of customer service.
Support the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and key performance indicators.
Ensure excellent customer experience by handling customer enquiries
and escalations professionally.
Monitor store presentation
and stock levels in accordance with company standards.
Assist with inventory management
and stocktaking activities.
Enforce store policies
and operational guidelines.
Support staff scheduling
and basic administrative duties.
Assist in training new team members and onboarding store staff.
Ensure compliance with health
and security requirements.
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Company.
