Create a welcoming environment for the customer

Maintain a leadership presence in store

Ensure company standards are met

Ensure staff is trained and knowledgeable

Manage and assess staff performance

Forecast/reforecast business

Enforce all company policies and procedures

Manage store controlled expenses

Communicate with District Manager

Identify opportunities to drive traffic

Partner with corporate office personnel

Create customer loyalty

Receive vendor deliveries and stock sales floor
