18 years of age or older, 3-6 years’ store management experience, Proficiency with POS systems, Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Understanding of how to develop staff, Knowledge of retail operations, Willingness to work a flexible schedule, Ability to lift: 4 lbs. lift maximum 8 lbs., Ability to kneel or squat, Ability to move boxes of product up to 50 lbs, Ability to stand for extended periods, Ability to climb ladders, Ability to climb and descend stairs frequently
Nice to Have
B. A. in Business Administration or related field preferred

Coordinate volunteer opportunities

Analyze market trends
Maintain positive employee relations
Maintain open lines of communication
Communicate with District Manager on coaching strategy
Communicate with District Manager on conflict resolution
Conduct regular employee performance reviews
Promote safety protocols
