Building relationships with local tradespeople
Representing BRUNT values on the floor
Defining what “great” looks like for BRUNT retail
Analyzing store trends and sales data to develop strategies that exceed sales and performance goals
and expenses to support overall profitability
Building external partnerships and community relationships that drive store growth
Engaging with the local community through events and outreach
Encouraging associates to share ideas that strengthen brand visibility and local impact
Planning and executing visual directives accurately and on time
Maintaining visual standards through replenishment
and marketing updates
Overseeing store cleanliness
and presentation details
Ensuring compliance with shipment
and restock processes
Upholding all loss-prevention and safety procedures
Communicating priorities clearly to balance operations
Leading the team with adaptability as business needs evolve
