What They're Looking For.

Must Have

Minimum 3 years of work experience, At least 2 in CPG Category Management or Retail Space Planning, Proven track record of optimizing product placement, contributing to category growth and performance, analytics background, with a demonstrated ability to seek and use a variety of data (first party, syndicated, etc. ) to elevate the space planning function, Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, Word, etc.), Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment (on-site and virtual), with teams located remotely, Flexibility around working hours required, working with teams across time zones, Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-orientated environment

Nice to Have

BlueYonder / RELEX or Spaceman space-planning experience (certification is highly desired), Experience working with floor-planning teams and software is an advantage

What You'll Do.

Develop and maintain planograms using space planning software (RELEX)

Analyze sales data and consumer trends to optimize space allocation and product placement

Monitor and assess the effectiveness of on-shelf / in-store placement strategies

Support the execution of space management projects

Conduct competitive analysis

Provide training and support to store teams on planogram compliance and implementation

Maintenance of space planning resource library/repository

How You'll Work.

Team & Collaboration

Collaborating with Category Management, Merchandising and Operations teams to design planograms; Working cross-functionally with Category Management, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Operations, among other partners; Ability to thrive in a hybrid environment (on-site and virtual), with teams located remotely; Working with teams across time zones

Communication Scope

Communication skills, with ability to synthesize, simplify and communicate complex ideas

Process & Methodology

Support the execution of space management projects, including design, measurement, pre- and post-project analysis and presentation of results
