What You'll Do.

Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service

Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom

Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy

Ensure buy online/ship to store orders are processed

Ensure special orders and outside purchases are handled efficiently

Ensure retail customer returns and exchanges are processed

Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves

Ensure Zipline messages are communicated and tasks are delegated

Ensure team members are adhering to the posted work schedule

Perform all store opening/closing duties

Verify/secure money/deposits according to company policy

Prepare bank deposits as needed

Check/secure/lock delivery vehicle(s)
