Retail sales experience, preferably in auto parts, Automotive systems and repair knowledge, ASE Certification, Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish is highly desired)
What You'll Do.
Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service
Supervise customer service levels on the retail showroom
Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy
Process buy online/ship to store orders
Handle special orders and outside purchases
Process retail customer returns and exchanges
Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before product leaves
Communicate Zipline messages and delegate merchandising tasks
Ensure team members adhere to work schedule
Perform all store opening/closing duties
Verify/secure money/deposits
Prepare bank deposits
Secure delivery vehicle(s)
