What You'll Do.
Provide support and offer FedEx products and services
Achieve sales objectives
Develop frequent customers
Perform over-the-counter customer service
Perform administrative duties
Perform clerical duties
Assist customers by tracing packages
Answer questions regarding FEC products and services
Provide over-the-counter service
Provide over the phone service
Check packages for proper labelling
Check legality of content
Check proper wrapping
Check insurance values
Check special requirements for hazardous material shipment
Check compliance with Customs documentation
Collaborate with the fulfilment of the budget
Collaborate with income/expenses
Optimize the profitability of the branches
Optimize the resources
