Proven track record of delivering large, complex, high-profile retail or store-based projects, Project and programme management capability, Demonstrated ability to lead and develop high-performing teams, Stakeholder management and influencing capability, Excellent communication skills, Proven ability to define business requirements and translate these into structured, deliverable plans, Highly organised with prioritisation and time management skills, Interpersonal skills, Proactive risk and issue management capability, Demonstrated ability to develop and coach individuals
Nice to Have
Relevant project management qualification (e. g. PRINCE2, Agile or equivalent), Working knowledge of project delivery frameworks, Knowledge and practical application of multiple project management methodologies (e. g. Agile, Waterfall, hybrid models)
What You'll Do.
Lead delivery of retail store and experiential projects
Drive alignment and execution across cross-functional teams
direction and oversight to Project Managers
Ensure delivery to agreed scope
Own end-to-end planning and delivery of assigned portfolio
Ensure clear milestones
dependencies and delivery governance
Be accountable for the full project lifecycle
Develop robust business cases for change
Secure stakeholder alignment and funding approval
Build and maintain relationships with internal and external
Enable effective decision-making and delivery

Ensure timely visibility to PMO and UK Leadership
Embed governance and control practices across all projects

Ensure effective transition of project outcomes into BAU
