**Retail Sales Representative** **Job Type:** Full-time **Pay:** hour + monthly commission **Expected Hours:** Approximately 40 hours per week **Total Compensation:** $45,000 - $70,000 annually, based on hourly pay and commission performance **Work Location: Cabot, AR** (In-person) **Overview** JOIN one of the fastest-growing telecommunications companies in the country! This role is ideal for someone with retail sales, wireless sales, mobile sales, cable, internet, or customer service experience who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment. **Who We Are** We are a rapidly expanding branded partner for **Optimum Communications –** a major U.S. telecommunications provider offering fiber-powered Internet, Mobile, TV, and voice services to customers across 21 states. You'll work in our retail stores, helping residential customers connect to the above essential services. **Key Responsibilities:** _**Sales & Product Knowledge**_ * Must be able to engage customers and present telecommunications products and services proactively. * Must be comfortable selling mobile, internet, cable, TV, and related support services. * Should know how to identify customer needs and recommend the right products or service packages. * Must be able to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities. * Must be able to meet or exceed individual sales goals, commission goals, and store performance expectations. * Must be able to explain products, services, pricing, and promotions clearly to customers. _**Customer Experience**_ * Must provide a positive, professional, and solution-focused customer experience. * Should be comfortable building customer relationships and creating long-term brand loyalty. * Must maintain high customer satisfaction standards, including Net Promoter Score (NPS) goals. _**Team & Organizational Success**_ * Must be reliable, punct
