If so, we’d love to hear from you! **Job Description:** tarte cosmetics is seeking experienced retail sales associates for part-time opportunities in select geographic markets. **Requirements** * Passion for tarte products * Retail sales experience, with expertise in Sephora and/or Ulta environments * Strong relationship-building and verbal communication skills * Enthusiasm for customer service with the ability to confidently engage and assist customers * Merchandising and planogram experience * Competitive spirit with a drive to achieve sales goals (SPH target: $200/hour) * Availability during peak retail hours, including weekends and some evenings * Own a smartphone and have a working knowledge of apps and social media **Benefits** * Compensation range: $23-30/hr (Compensation range: $23-30/hr (compensation varying _based on geographic location_ , skill level, and relevant work experience)
